timeout error accessing Launchpad Janitor's bugs page

A timeout error always occurs when accessing Launchpad Janitor's bugs page (https://bugs.launchpad.net/~janitor). The most recent time I tried this, I got OOPS-1947DV227. Whether or not Launchpad Janitor should have any bugs shown as associated with it, it seems to me that accessing the bug page should not constantly fail with an OOPS. In contrast, accessing Launchpad Janitor's overview (https://launchpad.net/~janitor), code (https://code.launchpad.net/~janitor), blueprints (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/~janitor), translations (https://translations.launchpad.net/~janitor), and answers (https://answers.launchpad.net/~janitor) pages all work fine (except for the occasional timeout error, which is always fixed by a reload performed immediately thereafter).
