Bug Description
I've just tried reporting a bug. I clicked "Extra Options" and then "Find" beside the assignee box.
LP took me to lp.net/people, rather than giving me the people picker. When I returned, my bug description was gone.

I'm not sure that this is a dupe of bug 513591.
This isn't just about the bug trashing the form input, it's about linking to lp.net/people rather than showing the person picker.
