bug in series gets confused by multiple projects

We had a bug in bzr

We landed a fix for it across all of our stable series (2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4). It also happens to affect Launchpad, since they are using a version of bzr that doesn't have the fix.
So I added "Affects Project" and included Launchpad.
I then went to "Target to Series" where it let me include 2.2, and 2.3. However it now thinks the series "2.2" is part of "Launchpad itself" rather than "Bazaar".

I'll attach a screenshot. But basically, I can no longer target the Bazaar milestones, because it only shows me the Launchpad milestones. Now, I'm pretty sure "Target Series" shows me *both* the bzr milestones *and* the launchpad milestones. Because bzr doesn't have a 10.4 target, and Launchpad doesn't have a 2.2 target. However, once you select one of those targets, it seems to get confused as to what Project a given Series targets.

I'm going to leave it "Broken" at the moment, so people can investigate.

I believe the fix is to delete Launchpad as a target, and the 2 series targets, and then add the series targets, and then add back Launchpad as a target.
