List both sender name and email address in Launchpad configuration files

Bug Description
SteveA suggests to list both full sender name and email address where we're setting email address LP-wide.
Example from configuration file:
noreply_
So instead of this we can use
noreply_

| importance: | Undecided → Wishlist |
| Changed in launchpad: | |
| importance: | Wishlist → Low |
| status: | New → Confirmed |
