Bug Description
After a review which asked for code fixes, contributors (especially those not used to launchpad) may forget to comment in the review thread after pushing improvements, in which case the reviewers are not warned that the merge proposal needs attention.
It would be quite useful if launchpad treated new commits in reviewed branches as comments for notification purposes.
