Bug Description
The NullBugTask class lacks cojoined_master (and this situation is untested):

This needs to be tested and fixed. One question is whether we shouldn't verify the interface is fully implemented on NullBugTask.

Yes, NullBugTask should implement IBugTask, if such a test would have
been in place, this bug would have been caught earlier. I remember
requesting this when NullBugTask first was implemented, but I can't
remember why it wasn't done.
