Andrew, Launchpad hosts many projects, not just Ubuntu, and even Ubuntu has many many subprojects, documentation being just one of them. However, it's likely that maintainers of software in Launchpad (including Ubuntu) haven't thought much about how to use it to attract contributors like yourself.
Can you give the URL of a page where you'd expect to find information about contributing to the documentation? Did you find <https:/ /launchpad. net/products/ ubuntu- doc> during your previous search? If so, was it helpful?
