Bug Description
Only the web interface can be used to confirm a request 'Solved'. It should be possible to do that by email.
The user should probably put a keyword either in the subject: (CONFIRM), [CONFIRM] or in
the body:
Confirm: Yes
The instructions included in the message should make it clear how to do this.
