Bug Description
Just noticed this today - and it happens on qastaging too. file a bug in a project with a post-filing notification (e.g. launchpad itself).
The notification is shown, but keep watching - 2-3 seconds after page load, while the ajax log pulses showing ajax responses arriving, the notification is removed leaving no instructions.
