has bug 657109 currently sorted at the top. However, as far as I can see from email and <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-center/+bug/657109/+activity> it hasn't been changed for weeks. It's sorting ahead of bugs that I touched just a minute ago and that seems highly unlikely. The api shows

which is also not particularly recent.

I suspect that this was folk subscribing to the bug - we have a number of hooks that change the bug last-changed. Not all of them may journal this - I'm rephrasing and dropping to low.

That new subject doesn't seem to account for the API being incoherent with
the sort order.
