Bug Description
Since Ubuntu's Code of Conduct 1.0.1 is only a slight update to 1.0, it is unnecessary for someone who signed 1.0 to sign 1.0.1. However, Launchpad does not explain this. There is still a link to "read or sign new version", but no form to sign it.
