Translation contributors list does not contain all contributors

Bug Description

It looks like Translation contributors list does not contains all translators.

For example we have this PO file:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/koffice/+pots/kexi/ro/+translate?start=0&batch=10&show=translated&field.alternative_language=&field.alternative_language-empty-marker=1&old_show=new_suggestions

You can see than „Dan Telecan” has some contributions, but if you go to PO File details page https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/koffice/+pots/kexi/ro/+details, Dan Telecan is not in the list.

I am not sure if this is the same bug as #484981
