Bug Description
When filing a merge proposal, you get the opportunity to use the branch chooser. (Choose... opens up "Select a Branch".)
I wanted to submit the branch against "lp:bzr/2.3". If I spell it exactly like that, it finds ~bzr-pqm/bzr/2.3. However if I spell it "bzr/2.3" it doesn't match anything. If I use "2.3" it returns "too many matches".
I was a bit surprised that it liked 'lp:' as part of the search. Regardless, it seems like it could show the 'top' matches based on the project for '2.3' (assuming that if you have a branch of 'foo' you are most likely trying to submit it to a branch *of* 'foo'.)
I also think it should support "bzr/2.3" since it supports "lp:bzr/2.3". (Especially since after selecting the matching revision, it rewrites it to "~bzr-pqm/bzr/2.3" and not "lp:~bzr-pqm/bzr/2.3")
