display of "other licence" text is ugly

Bug Description

If you are using an "other" licence than those lp already knows about, you are invited to paste in the whole text for it.

Launchpad displays this a bit badly or unreadably on <https://launchpad.net/dkim-test-suite>.

This is not severe because few projects use this, and the text is still readable.

It would be nice if it just showed the first little bit and then had a link for the full text.

Also, it might be useful to move towards getting people to put a URL
for the licence, rather than the full text.

Most projects do put in a URL. That is was we expect. The field instructions need revision.
