Bug Description

Per https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/727540 both
     17 https://api.launchpad.net/1.0/%7Elocoteams/members (ScopedCollection:CollectionResource:#person-page-resource)
and
     15 https://api.launchpad.net/1.0/%7Eubuntu-dev/participants (ScopedCollection:CollectionResource:#person-page-resource)

have the same pageid. This messes up aggregation of erformance statistics and failure info.
