Expose ISourcePackageRecipeBuild.binary_builds on the webservice

Bug Description

It would be great if ISourcePackageRecipeBuild.binary_builds was exposed on the web service API, so it is possible to find the binary builds triggered by a particular source recipe build.

I'm currently scraping the build logs for this information, which is.. suboptimal.
