Launchpad not recognizing Savannah url:s

Bug Description

It would appear as if Launchpad currently fails to recognize Savannah bug url:s.

Wanted to match an upstream report to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rdiff-backup/+bug/725083. Choosing "Also affects project" the page told me that: "rdiff-backup uses GNU Savannah Bug Tracker to track its bugs. If you know this bug has been reported there, you can link to it; Launchpad will keep track of its status for you."

Yet, when I try to enter the url http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?32597 I get the error "Launchpad does not recognize the bug tracker at this URL."
