Steps to Reproduce: attempt to enter a bug

Expected result: there enough space (height) by default in the Further information input area to comfortably (more than five lines, fifteen to twenty would do like before) input and review

Actual result: Further information input area is now five lines tall by default

It seemed to shrink around the time of the YUI 3.3 upgrade.

This regressed in r12370, when IBug.description and IBugAddForm.comment were changed from Text to Description, causing them to use our custom, shorter DescriptionWidget.

I think this might be a great use case for a self expanding text widget.

This might be more of a long term fix vs an update to correct the regression specified.

A self expanding text widget sounds nice. Might be worth creating a reusable (YUI) component.
