Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create mailing list on launchpad.
2. Send there something in russian encoded in UTF8
3. Open ML archive
4. Everything is really unreadable.
As an example: https:/
Everything must be in russian.
P.S. Changes in charset of my browser doesn't help.
