need a wiki, whiteboard or similar for ppas

If a team is maintaining a ppa, they need a way to communicate about the state of builds and to put analysis of why they're failing or out of date. It might be useful to add either a whiteboard-type field or a full-fledged discussion next to the ppa.

Although, this may best be solved by giving Launchpad a real wiki, because, by the time your whiteboard supports some minimal concept of headings, bold and italic text, and logging who changed what and when, and the ability to subscribe to changes .... that's basically a wiki page.

A wiki linked from or embedded in the ppa page would be ideal.
