hard to navigate to the actual external bug tracker

If I go to say <https://bugs.launchpad.net/bicyclerepair> I'm told "Bugs are tracked in _SourceForge.net Tracker_." I would expect that link would take me to the list of bugs in bicyclerepair in sourceforge, or a place where I could report a bug, or something like that. Instead it takes me to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/sf> which is a list of projects that Launchpad knows uses Sourceforge. It's very unlikely that's what a user wants.

This is not a dupe. Project bug pages have only shown this information for a few months. I think we may want a link to Lp's record of the tracker and a link to the external tracker.

The suspect the bug you are trying to remember is that is neigh impossibly to find all bug trackers to register a bug tracker.
