Clicking "Claim Review" on a merge proposal clears the comment box

Bug Description
Tonight I was writing a comment on a merge proposal, in the Add
Comment text area. Halfway through the comment I decided I should be a
reviewer on the ticket, and so I clicked on Claim Review at the top of
the page. This unfortunately cleared the contents of the Add Comment
textarea and I had to re-type my comment.
