Bug Description
While <email address hidden> is still useful as a contact address for rosetta-experts team, we should kill any and all use of it in Launchpad.
It is most notably used in emails from the import queue. Those should be sent from <email address hidden>.
On some weird failures from exports, we also get email on <email address hidden> but those should be turned into OOPSes.
It should be easy to find this through the config option for the team email.
I find this reasonably important because only the <email address hidden> subscribers (the former LP Translations team) would be able to see any emails coming to it.
As a next step after that, we should reconsider having a special rosetta-experts team and perhaps move to either entire LP team or Registry admins.
