Bug Description
Some people are having trouble closing support requests. It seems that it is not intuitive that you have to add a reply just to close the support request. Maybe having a link at the top to mark it as answered when the person is logged in would be much more efficient as when we know which requests are answered time is not spent re-reading through already answered requests.

Thanks for reporting this. This bug already existed in our database (#3401) and a fix has been implemented and is now available for testing on our staging server.
