Bug Description
All scripts should be connecting to the DB with a separate user. This script is currently connecting as the launchpad_main user. The fact that it isn't using LaunchpadScript means it's also likely it's doing other bad things™.

meta: I think we need a more sophisticated way to manage scripts, so that as we get more dynamic in load and worker queues we don't have needless process spawning just to track DB load.... we really don't do much with the permissions anyway.
