Bug Description
Currently after a assigning a bug to myself, I get a quite wordy notification, such as:
Paul Sladen (sladen) has assigned this bug to you for light-themes in ubuntu:
Ideally Launchpad could have some contextual awareness that I assigned it to myself, this would help to make it a bit less impersonal.
