Wrong link for translation on Translations page of Users

On my Translations list here:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/app-install-data-ubuntu/+pots/app-install-data/sl/+filter?person=hekos
there is - for example - "262. Organ Emulator", that links to:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/app-install-data-ubuntu/+pots/app-install-data/sl/262
but when visiting that link, I get redirected to "264. Generate color schemes" :
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/app-install-data-ubuntu/+pots/app-install-data/sl/264/+translate
while searching however, I see that its 260., but going to ...data/sl/260.. redirects to 262: "Medical image viewer and DICOM network client"
