Bug Description
Launchpad allow a bug to be changed to Fix Released without any warning, but does not allow changing it back. I did this on one bug by mistake.

I think this is a duplicate of bug 655385. Was the original bug status Triaged? We think that users in project roles should be the only people who can remove that status.
