Launchpad recipes: Could not build because of chroot problem

I tried to manually activate the build-process for https://code.launchpad.net/~mailaender/+recipe/gchemutils-0.12-ppa but I get the error messages:

W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net maverick Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 9A1D00F5F32FDBB4
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/mailaender/gchemutils/ubuntu/dists/maverick/restricted/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/mailaender/gchemutils/ubuntu/dists/maverick/universe/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/mailaender/gchemutils/ubuntu/dists/maverick/multiverse/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Is it my fault? I don't understand the error message.
