BugTask:+duplicate / Bug:EntryResource timeout when marking a bug with duplicates as a duplicate of another bug

While marking a bug with a multiple duplicates, as a duplicate of another it produces the following errors (the bug I am trying to mark is Bug #436788, that is a duplicate of Bug #691330):

Still reproducable on qastaging, even with abels patch to reduce heat wastage.
