Builds getting stuck in "Uploading build" status

Occasionally, builds seem to be getting stuck in the "Uploading build" status.

I have a similar problem, 3 times now the orig.tar.gz gets stuck at 1 byte to go all the time every time I try to upload packaged with dput to ppa

Your problem is not this bug, it is bug 251685.

@yma-het: That's a known operational issue, unrelated to this bug (and it's usually best not to comment on or reopen bugs closed over 11 years ago anyway). We're working on it.
