Bug Description

Per RT#42748 I'm trying to make a team private, but I'm consistently getting a timeout. An example OOPS id is https://lp-oops.canonical.com/oops.py/?oopsid=OOPS-1798A687

Just retried this and it worked without problems.

The oops has been garbage collected because it was a url not a short link :(. Closing - we have no evidence about what happened. if it happens again we will just operate off a new bug.
