Bug Description
It'd be nice if emailed reports about specifications would have custom header fields that can be used when filtering mail. I.e., something like:
X-Launchpad-
| Changed in blueprint: | |
| importance: | Undecided → Wishlist |
| status: | Unconfirmed → Confirmed |
