Changes to suggestions are validated even when in translator mode

Bug Description
I like the translator/reviewer feature a lot.
I do a lot of reviewing these days, and I like to make my own suggestions when reviewing translations, and I use the translator mode in this case.
I noticed that when I select a suggestion and change it a little bit, the checkbox "Someone should review this translation" is not checked automatically - It is only checked automatically when I make an entirely new suggestion.
I humbly suggest the box is check when changing suggestions too.
