Bug Description

Robert Collins says in bug 66894: "launchpad-dependencies has been removed from ubuntu, please do not file bugs against it there."

Therefore, <https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/launchpad-dependencies/+filebug> should return an error message. But it doesn't.
