Team registration doesn't allow normal email address of user

Bug Description

On the "Register a new team in Launchpad" page (https://launchpad.net/people/+newteam), entering an e-mail address that is associated with a LP account results in an error of "$email_address_attempted is already taken". Of course it would make sense that a person creating a LP team would have a LP account, and likely want to use the same e-mail address for such closely related things. Therefore, the team registration page should allow contact addresses to be one associated with a personal account.

If you leave a team without a contact address, any email sent by Launchpad to that team will actually be sent to each of that team's members. Since you're the onwer of the team you'll always be a member. Does this help you by any chance?

Maybe. After the initial confirmation email, what sorts of things are
sent by Launchpad? Depending on that and what the makeup of this team
eventually ends up being, I'm not sure that it would be desirable to
have them sent to everyone, but it may be an option.

Launchpad will only send emails to that team if it's subscribed/assigned to
a bug/ticket/spec, if it's made a contact of a given product/package/distro.

There are probably other scenarios in which we'll email a team, but in all
of them it's because one of the team members has assigned/subscribed that
team to something or gave that team a special role in Launchpad.
