Bug Description
A project's main Bugs page, such as <https:/
This link goes to a batched list of all open bug reports for the project, not just the hot ones.
This could be fixed in several ways:
* Remove the "See all hot bugs" link altogether.
* Limit the list to only those bug reports with at least one flame.
* Change the text of the link to "Show all bugs by heat" or something like that.
