Bug Description

As seen on OOPS-1774PPAPUBLISH103:

   PoolFileOverwriteError: 8bd204bfe77e03de00d6dd0e13863cf61ea91607 != 2d86ff9a1609827c20ebee2eea06ac4c0ef5ebef for /srv/launchpad.net/ppa-archive/rhpot1991/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/m/mythbuntu-lirc-generator/mythbuntu-lirc-generator_0.25-0ubuntu1~ppa1_all.deb

We're experiencing about 400 a day.

Somehow a new deb is getting put in the PPAs with this problem that conflicts with an existing one. This is quite serious. It's either a problem in the uploader or the package copier. Most likely the latter.
