Sprint "Register yourself" doesn't acknowledge registration

1. go to https://launchpad.net/sprints/uds-n/
2. click "Register yourself" and finish your registration
3. go back to https://launchpad.net/sprints/uds-n/
4. the action link still says "Register yourself" at the top. While the registration went through and the user's name is added to the list far down the page on the right, the option at the top does not acknowledge the successful registration and gives an option to register again.

What it should do: Multiple solutions would work to give the user feedback. One option is to change the green + symbol and "Register yourself" to a green check mark saying "Registered" without a link in black text.
