Bug Description
Sometimes I see people changing the bug status from Triaged to Confirmed without explaining why. I think the reason is that some people does not understand what 'triaged' means (though I'm not sure).
I think that people that are not bug supervisors for a project shouldn't be able to change the status of a triaged bug, in the same way they can't change the status of Fix Released bugs.
