tricky to spot broken recipes from the overview page

Bug Description

It would be nice if recipe overview pages (+recipes) would have a column with the last result of each recipe. This would make it easier to spot broken recipes.

There should also be a way to filter based on this. (i.e. show only recipes that failed on last build).

Fixing this bug makes it _much_ easier to manage recipes, and to do things like get daily builds of GNOME. I don't want to say it's essential for the feature (yet – we'll have to review the feature), but it's really, really nice to have.

I'm downgrading to low because this ssort of thing can be a horrible 5-table slow join, and so its not at all easy.
