Bug Description
The 'Nominate for release' feature is too much abused to be useful (at least in Ubuntu). I think that the access to the +nominate page of a bug report should not be accessible by everybody, but restricted to certain people (drivers? members? bug supervisors?).
This is related to bug #73122.
