FEATURE: Ability to show/hide columns when viewing Blueprints

When viewing Blueprints or Answers for a project, it would be nice to be able to hide/show certain columns.

For example, on the Blueprints screen, I would like to see a Registered By column.

I would also like to be able to set a default view for each of these screens... my personal preference is Newest First for all three screens.

Opened appropriate bug tasks for each of the components. Opening a launchpad-foundation task so it can be assessed if generic infrastructure is needed.

This sounds like it would be a nice generic tool, but Foundations won't have a chance to work on this anytime soon. Moreover, the launchpad-web project might have some manpower soon, so I'm going to try throwing this over there and seeing what happens.

There is as separate bug for malone about showing custom columns in search results (bug 78608), which is related if not asking for the same thing.

The only thing differentiating this from bug 78608 is the mention of blueprints.

In light of our discussions relating to merging the bug and blueprint trackers, under the hood at least, I'm tempted to mark this as a dupe of bug 78608. If I don't get any objections, I'll do so in the next couple of days.

I suggest keeping it secret:
 - unless and until we do such a merge, fixing bugs column stuff won't
fix this bug, and vice verca
 - even if we have a common engine we may have custom skins for issues
in one state or another, and dedicated reports focused on planning /
execution / maintenance user stories, so there is no guarantee that
fixing one such report fixes them all: having this as a distinct
report is a good reminder :)

I've changed this to refer only to blueprints, since the bug half of this has already been done per Bug #78608
