Bug Description

The person search dialog is broken on all edge pages that use it. Doing a person search to request a new code reviewer or to subscribe someone else to a bug will return the string "Loading results failed."

This problem does not affect production.

Edge is running r11747.

Google Chrome developer tools displayed the following error in the JavaScript console upon running the search to add 'sinzui' as a bug subscriber:
