Bug Description
The +downloads page seems to not be sorting results at all, leading for most recent releases to potentially be on pages that are not the first page. It doesn't seem like this is a great thing. It also borks uscan for folks keying off of http://

Downloads are sorted newest series to oldest series using series name. The releases in the series are also sorted by debversion number. The focus of development series is forced to be the first series listed so that packagers can locate the most recent work of the developers.
Can you provide an example where the series are not sorted?
