Bug Description
When marking a bug as a dupe it's quite easy for someone to typo the number and then leave someone further down the line trying to figure out why the heck the two bugs have been duped.
So I think the dialog should:
1) Show you the title of the bug after you type in the number of the target.
2) Allow (insist?) you to add a comment saying why you thought they were dupes.

This is similar to bug 105741, which asks for "give suggestions when marking bugs as duplicates." But that bug is about getting hints before typing a bug number. Certainly, the widget could be extended to both suggest and verify.
