PPA Search Engine is DOWN

Hi.
sorry for opening this bug here, but I don't where to report it, and the website is down since two days.
The website https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas is accessible but it's not possible to run any query.

The result for a query that you try to run is the following error message:

Timeout error
Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.

We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Trying again in a couple of minutes might work.

I think this belongs to one of the launchpad components, not Ubuntu itself

in the list of "notified" people I can see "launchpad bug Contacts" (if you see my same page, just have a look on the right)
Is this the recipient for this kind of issues?
In this case I suspect that we can re-open the bug.
Otherwise, is anybody able to provide any link to file this issue elsewhere?

this issue report is still open in component "soyuz", and set to invalid on project "ubuntu" only, so this is still an open issue that was reassigned to a better matching project in the bug repository, no need to report it elsewhere.
