it is hard to not keep going to same page or know that you've been to that link

This is not fixed, why was this Triaged?

steps to reproduce:

(using Firefox Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12) (maybe that's the problem?)
visit a bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/

by a link (Ex. https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad-web/+bug/656606) then, go back to the place where you clicked the link and you will see that the link color does not change.

This annoys me because i go though a list of related bugs and because the link color does not change I will accidentally click the same link.

triaged mean the bug exists, engineers understand what the cause of the bug is, and that the bug is prioritised. Fixreleased means the bug is fixed and you will not experience the bug anymore.
