Searching for PPA times out

I tried searching for "python-testtools" PPAs by clicking the "other untrusted versions of 'python-testtools'." link on https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-testtools. The link took me to:

https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas?name_filter=python-testtools

And this page timed out both times I've tried to load it. Here's one of the OOPSes: OOPS-1741EC515

Jono, that OOPS doesn't seem to relate to the URL you pasted.

Then there's a bug in the OOPS system.

Following the URL, I get a timeout with this OOPS code: OOPS-1741EC515

Do you not get timeouts either?

It's not the first time it's happened to me, and I'm merely
copy-and-pasting. Next time I'm taking a screenshot.
