Bug Description
When you try to use the 'run' command in a daily builds recipe, you will always get the error:
'The bzr-builder instruction "run" is not permitted here.'
You cannot submit the recipe unless you remove the run command.
I haven't tested nested 'run' commands under the 'nest' command.

Yes, we blacklist the run command specifically.
